Here are the simple steps to enter your application.

1. Read guidance carefully (included in the form).

2. Read the judging criteria category carefully (also included on the application form).

3. Select the appropriate category (ies) for your project (s)

4. Complete the application form - available from 14 February. You can email to lhcawards@london.gov.uk or print off and complete by hand and post to:
LHC Awards, Freepost Freepost, LON 15799, London SE1 2BR.

Deadline expired midday Weds 14th May 2008

5. Once we've received your form you will receive an email notification within 5 working days.

6. The LHC team will evaluate all entries by 31 May 2008

7. If your project is short listed you will be notified by email by 6 June 2008

8. All organisations that submit an application will be entered in the LHC Community Development Directory

9. During June 2008 the LHC team will carry out assessment visits as part of the judging process.

10. The shorlist will be published on the LHC web site in June

11. Winners will be announced at the LHC Awards Ceremony, 2 July 2008

12. Winners will be contacted to arrange their prize package after the ceremony. All prizes must be taken by 31 December 2008

LHC and partners will not enter into any discussion about the results of the LHC Awards 2008. The decision of the judging panel is final.
