This poster and will help community groups and others understand where decisions are made that affect the health of local communities. It shows more than 40 regional government and non-governmental organisations. 'Tube lines' represent issues (such as housing, employment, health and social care) that affect Londoners' health. Decision makers are shown as 'stations'.

Jennette Arnold, AM, London Health Commission Chair says: "One of our priorities is to encourage dialogue between those working for better health at the local and regional level. Decisions that affect the community should involve the community. I hope this poster map will make it easier for local groups to make sense of where the decisions that affect their health are made."
